Repertoire for Wind Band

MBC hopes one day soon to create a complete and dedicated database of wind band repertoire by Black composers.

Until then, please check out the more general wind band repertoire database created by the Institute for Composer Diversity!

Their filter allows for nuanced searches, including piece duration, difficulty, instrumentation, etc. If you’re looking for works by Black composers, specifically, just be sure to click the boxes for “Black” and “African” in their Demographic Criteria.
